WE ARE MOBILE!
SATORI has a small base in Road Town, but our tutoring service is designed to be flexible, mobile, and responsive to each learner’s needs.
We understand that family life in the BVI can be busy, and that many young people learn best when they feel relaxed, comfortable, and understood. For this reason, SATORI does not rely on one fixed learning space. When we are not meeting outdoors for experiential learning, project work, or nature-based sessions, we can visit learners in their own homes.
This allows tutoring to take place in an environment where the young person feels safe, settled, and ready to engage. It also makes life easier for parents, reducing travel time and helping support fit more naturally into family routines.
Our learning spaces may include a family home, a quiet workspace, a beach, a trail, a garden, a community setting, or another real-world environment connected to the topic being explored.
Wherever we meet, the aim is the same: to create calm, engaging, purposeful learning experiences that help each learner build confidence and make meaningful progress.
SATORI brings the support to where it is needed — whether that is at home, outdoors, or out in the community.
BASECAMP
Basecamp is a wonderful space at Brewers Bay where we have been granted access to an area of beach and woodland. Close to some amazing hikes and historical sites we have been granted permission to use this space for our forest school learning which will include Fire Safety and Cooking in Nature, Knots and Shelter building, Navigation and Tracking and Tool Use. The Forest Camp philosophy also supports social and emotional learning in many different ways.

We have the opportunity to use many spaces around the BVI. These include, but are not limited to the following: Rainforest, Beaches, Local Farms, Historical Sites, Geological Sites, Marine Sites, Mangrove & Reefs, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda, Salt Island, Cooper Island etc. The BVI is our playground!
